Big Helper!

It has been quite a while since we have updated Scotty's blog. Steve and I have been at reunions and Scotty has been enjoying Hawaii with his family. But, we are back and Scotty is back to work! Here are some pictures of how Scotty loves to help out!

Scotty is always willing to help. Brad came for an FHE service project with his dump truck and they headed off to help out an older lady with her yard. Scotty loved helping her out and of course, loved the ride in Brad's dump truck.

Scotty offered to help me carry in the groceries the other day. I tried to help out but he marched me right to the couch and made me sit down and relax while he carried in all of the groceries! I love you Scotty! Thanks for your help!

Scotty and I had a great afternoon at the pool. It has been so hot lately and we love having a pool in our complex so we can go cool off any time we want!

Special Olympics

Scotty did a GREAT job at the Special Olympics this year. He competed in the 50 and 25 meter dashes as well as the Softball throw. Here he is being awarded the silver medal for the 50 meter dash. His time in this event was a personal best!

Here is the long awaited video of Scotty dancing!! There was a stage set up at the Special Olympics for dancing so Scotty went up to show his moves!

Happy Birthday Scotty!

Scotty hits 37 years on May 25th! We have only known Scotty a few of those years but are so happy to have him in our lives! Steve took Scotty out to Tucanos for the birthday bash and they had a blast!! They rolled in the door afterwards stuffed with Brazilian meat and happy as ever. We hope Scotty has a blast this weekend with his family continuing the birthday celebration! We love you Scotty!!

In case you didn't know, we have a new addition to our family--Benjamin Scott Burningham. He was born on May 11th. Scotty is the inspiration for his middle name--of course! We love living with Scotty and were excited to have Scotty finally meet our little baby Ben!

Neon Trees

Neon Trees is a good band from Provo. I love Neon Trees. Steve and I went to a concert together and Steve loved Neon Trees, taking pictures of the band. Those guys are nuts! We saw them in Provo at the Valore.

Update on the Beautiful Man

Scotty currently lives in North Provo, just south of the Riverwoods Mall with Steve and Kirsten Burningham. He exercises on the treadmill for 30 minutes every morning and still works doing laundry at CUE. His favorite thing to do is to hang out with the adorable babe (mom), and listen to heavy metal rock bands :) He also does a great job bearing his testimony at every FHE and helping Steve clean up the dishes after dinner. He loves his new house and we (Steve and Kirsten) love living with him! We also love doing activities with Scotty. Above is swimming at the Rec Center. Below are a few things Scotty has been up to since he moved here.
